Data Security

Here at 4eSolution, we do everything possible to protect data, information and ideas. We have very strict internal policies and operational rules for all our employees, which include:

• Restricted information access policy
• Secured Intranet network
• Proved archiving methodology and archives access policy
• Restricted physical access to specific rooms
• Employee NDA. - Each 4eSolution employee within the company signs a very strict Employee NDA, preventing disclosure of any confidential information.
• US Laws. - US laws allow for serious criminal prosecution of employees who disclose commercial secrets.

IIn order to provide you with additional assurances, we are ready at your request to sign any of the following documents:

• Company NDA.
  - In order to protect data, ideas and other information received from our customers, we are ready to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement, either in our standard agreement or your own company's version.
• Company NCA.
  - In order to protect the customer's business, we're also ready to sign a Non-Competition Agreement.

However, even without signing a formal NDA document, we assure the confidentiality of your project as well as guarantee your property rights for any produced product and other materials.

Company NDA.

All materials produced by 4eSolution during the project fulfillment (source code, data structures, documentation, design options, etc.) fully belong to the customer. 4eSolution is under obligation and does not use the materials produced for clients. After project completion, all materials are transferred to customer. When the customer has confirmed the successful receipt, all electronic copies of this data will be deleted. We can store a copy if the customer requires ongoing support or requests that we store a copy (archive) for safety of the data. In this case, we guarantee our confidentiality. 4eSolution is ready to consider additional conditions pertinent to rights of ownership for produced materials.
